This listing is for admission to an online blockprinting workshop which will take place via Zoom, hosted by me, Lizzie! 

Class will take place on Sunday March 9th from 11 am — 1pm central time (2 hours). 

This is a great class for beginners. I'll walk you through the steps of creating your own custom stamp, from sketching, transferring your drawing to rubber, carving, and printing. The possibilities are endless. 

Please bring to class:

— a 4x6” block of Speedy Carve pink rubber (made by Speedball)

— a Speedball linoleum carving tool (with 5 gouges)

— a soft lead pencil (4B, 5B, 6B all work)

— several 4x6” pieces of printer paper (or other thin paper)

— several sheets of paper for your final prints (cardstock, sketchbook paper; whatever you have on hand)

— a black stamp pad (or any color you have on hand)

— an eraser

— a pair of scissors

After you sign up, I will send you an email with more information about where to purchase these supplies. You can expect to spend around $30–35 for all materials. 

The day before class, I will email a Zoom link to all participants.
